I have been fitness coaching, training, and teaching since 1998. When you are my client, you will come to know that I take pride in seeing your success and in watching you discover what you and your body are capable of doing and accomplishing.  In our first session, I will listen to your goals and I will watch how you move.  We will work together to make your goals your reality. 

My clients come from all walks of life. Training with me is not your typical workout.  Be prepared to connect the mind to the body and break through barriers. 

I am a long-term Seattleite and own a home in West Seattle that I share with my husband Rick, and our dogs Riley and Jake.  ​I am the proud father of two beautiful adult daughters. I am happy to live and work in West Seattle.

Myung Haugen


I don’t use a cookie-cutter approach to fitness. I help design a program that works with your lifestyle to help you reach your specific goals. I’ve trained clients as young as 5 years old and as wise as 85 years old. I’ve trained pregnant women, folks in recovery from sports injury, as well as people with a specific physical handicap.  And I’ve worked with many weekend warriors. In all cases, I can help you gain the strength and functionality to do what you need and want to do.  Working together we’ll come up with a plan to build lean muscle, burn fat, increase strength and endurance while staying injury free. 

I’m serious about fitness – but I also want to make sure you’re having fun.  We’re a team!

I live in West Seattle with my husband Joey, and our dog, Oliver.  I am happy to be starting this business venture in the community where I live.
